Vadim Eilenkrig - an outstanding Russian trumpeter . Musician , teacher and television personality.

Vadim graduated from music school № 1 of Prokofiev , the Moscow Musical College of Schnittke , Moscow State University of Culture and graduate of the National Academy of Maimonides.

Ten years Vadim Eilenkrig soloed in the main jazz orchestra of the country - big band Igor Butman . In 2009 he released his first solo album «The Shadow of your smile», which became one of the best-selling releases of the label «Butman music». Was produced by Igor Butman , and participated in the recording of the legendary group of musicians Brecker Brothers with Randy Brecker . This work is the starting point in the artist's solo career . Vadim began to concentrate on the author's projects , including duets with Anton Baronin and Daniel Kramer , a project with a showman Timur Rodriguez , an electronic duo with DJ LeGran, and, of course , Vadim Eilenkrig Quintet .

With the support of the Department of Culture of the Government of Moscow Vadim presents Russia in Europe, the solo concerts and festivals in Munich, Dusseldorf , Riga and Tallinn. Musician soloed at Carnegie Hall , Lincoln Center , Chicago and Boston Philharmonic.

Throughout this time did not stop teaching activities as an assistant professor of jazz department at the State Academy of Maimonides. By chance, one of the students was Roger Waters. Founder of the great Pink Floyd got a brief lesson trumpet playing before a show in SC " Olympyiskyi".

Three years after the release of the first album, released second - " Eilenkrig " which united the talents of high profile musicians : Alan Harris , Virgil Donatti , Douglas Shreve , Igor Butman , Anton Baronin, Dmitry Mospan ... Presentation concerts were at the Igor Butman Jazz Club and Svetlanov Hall of the Moscow International House of Music, which gathered more than 1500 people.
