Felix Solovyov - one of the first photojournalists Soviet Union who have devoted a significant part of his work to jazz. He can always be seen with a camera on rare in those days touring concerts of world stars like Duke Ellington, Thad Jones, Chick Corea and others. He could often be found at festivals, concerts and jams of local musicians. His pictures could illustrate the history of jazz life in Moscow.

Felix Solovyov's photo archive - tens of thousands pictures, not only about jazz, but also about social, cultural and political life of the Soviet Union. His works could and should take its rightful place in galleries and museums in Russia and other countries.

President of the club "Friends of Jazz", a pianist and composer Gregory Fain - a professional jazz musician, leader of the well-known in Russia and abroad piano trio. After the Gnesin Academy of Music devoted himself to the study of the art of jazz improvisation.

His idol was the great Canadian pianist - virtuoso Oscar Peterson. As a soloist of the Samara Philharmonic Orchestra, Gregory Fine has made a career, recognized by the musical elite of Russia. Proof of this can serve as a touring activity for decades to cities in Russia, CIS and foreign countries recorded in Russia, England and Canada, records and CDs, performances on national television and in major concert halls in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other Russian cities.
