Gaivoronskiy / Kondakov / Volkov - Russian romances. Dedication to Dargomyzhsky

The release (a very timely one in 2013, the year of 200th anniversary of Dargomyzhsky) is an author’s “new-jazz” interpretation of famous romances (gems of the lyrical part of creative heritage) of our “classic of critical realism” by the famous trio from St. Petersburg.

Album review

The album booklet contains its thorough analysis made by the famous musical critic Dmitry Ukhov. Out of respect for this wholesome and remarkable work we have decided not to list here quotations from it (and not to list here any other reviews on the release). By way of exception, we recommend the respected music lovers to read Ukhov’s critique in its entirety, without cuts, in the booklet of the album purchased by you, its deluxe edition.
